Event Mixologist
Top It Off is looking for skilled, passionate bartenders who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced event environment.
Core Responsibilities
-
Greet and acknowledge every guest who approaches the bar
-
Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails according to established recipes and standards
-
Deliver personalized, attentive service throughout each event
-
Prep, stock, and maintain your station to company specifications
-
Assist with event setup and breakdown
-
Educate guests on the beverages being served
-
Process cash and card payments via Square accurately and efficiently
-
Serve alcohol responsibly at all times
What We're Looking For
-
1-2 years of bartending experience strongly preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality
-
Valid OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain one)
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States
-
Strong verbal communication skills
-
Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift 25+ pounds
-
Comfortable multitasking in a high-energy environment

Solid knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and familiarity with classic cocktail recipes

Availability for approximately 3-4 shifts per week (on-call)
Event BARBACK
Top It Off is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn the craft and grow within the industry.
Core Responsibilities

Support bartenders throughout service by restocking supplies, ice, and glassware
-
Monitor and replenish garnishes, mixers, and bar essentials as needed
-
Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event
-
Assist with event setup and breakdown
-
Communicate supply needs to the bartender promptly
-
Represent Top It Off professionally with clients and guests
What We're Looking For
-
Prior barback or hospitality experience preferred but not required
-
Valid OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain one)
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for 4+ hours

Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
-
On-call availability, shifts vary based on event schedule
EVENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Top It Off is looking for dependable, organized individuals to handle the logistics that make every event possible.
Core Responsibilities

Retrieve bar equipment and supplies from company storage

Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently
-
Transport equipment to and from event locations as assigned
-
Set up and break down bar structures according to event layouts
-
Ensure all equipment is accounted for and returned to storage after each event

Communicate timelines, issues, or equipment concerns to the Bar Manager
-
Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout all logistics operations
-
Keep company vehicles clean and fueled
What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Comfortable operating a cargo van

Must be authorized to work in the United States
-
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 4+ hours
-
Ability to stay organized and communicate clearly under pressure

Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week
